This is to certify that my Stud was bred to the Bitch listed on / / 20

Owners of both dogs were present for this breeding. If no pregnancy results there will be a 1 time return service, 1 puppy being whelped is considered a pregnancy. For return service Stud owner must be notified within 5 buisness days of / / 20 . If the above stud is not available at time of return service request, another stud of equal quality may be used. There will be no refunds. Both parties agree to have litter application completed and sent in by litter turning 2 weeks of age.

Fees
The fee for this breeding will be $ , payable upon completion of this contract.

The fee for this breeding will be 'pick of the litter', the stud owner must choose their pick by 2 weeks of age. If only 1 pup results from this breeding Stud owner will still have pick of the litter.

 I certify to the best of my knowledge that all information provided in this contract is correct. Any information found to be false will result in legal action.
