Methods of payment

  
  Payments are accepted in the form of Money Order (USPS, Western Union, or Moneygram only), Cash in Person (DO NOT MAIL CASH), Money Transfer (Western Union or MoneyGram only), Checks will only be accepted from previous customers. Failure to complete 'Payment' by puppy turning '8 Weeks Old' will result in forfeiture of all money previously payed, unless other written arrangements have been made.
Shipping  
  Shipping is available in the 48 contiguous states only. All fees due to shipping will be the responsibility of the Buyer, and will be due before shipping may occur. Health Certificate and Crate are required for shipping, the cost of these items will be included in the shipping price quoted. Puppy will not be shipped before turning '8 Weeks Old'. Due to Federal and Airline restrictions shipping may delayed for a period of time. Seller will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or other problems incurred during shipping.  
Health  
  Seller guarantees Puppy to be free of parasites, illnesses, and visible defects upon delivery. Upon receiptBuyer agrees to take Puppy to licensed veterinarian within 48 hours. If Puppy is found to have major defects or illnesses Seller agrees to replace Puppy with another puppy of equal quality. Replacement will only occur upon return of Puppy, and copies of documentation from the veterinarian being given, and return of registration to Seller. Shipping fees will apply to replacement. Seller is entitled to a 'Second Opinion'. If Puppy is dead an autopsy report must be provided. Puppy is said to be pet quality no guarantees upon show quality or Skin/Coat problems. Seller recommends 'Spaying or Neutering'.
Forfeiture  
  Buyer agrees that they will provide adequate health care, food, water, shelter, exercise and attention. Buyer also agrees they will not use Puppy or any other animal for any illegal activities. If Buyer fails to comply with the previous immediate surrender will be made to Seller or appropriate authorities, including the return of all registration, health records, and other items needed for the proper re homing of animal. Buyer will not be entitled to any refunds or claims pertaining to Puppy under this provision. 
Relocation  
  Buyer agrees to notify Seller before any relocation of Puppy. If at anytime Buyer cannot adequately provide for Puppy, Seller will assist in relocation of Puppy.


By signing this contract all parties agree to the conditions within. Failure to comply may result in legal action. Buyer also assumes all liability of Puppy, and grants Seller full immunity from any resulting criminal or civil matters that may arise from Buyers purchase of Puppy.
