  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but transferable. If Puppy is not payed for in full by due date above all money payed will be forfeited. Deposits will only be accepted in the form of USPS money order and must be accompanied by this contract signed by the Buyer. If Puppy the deposit is being placed on becomes ill or dies before Payment due date Seller agrees to hold first pick of the next available litter from same parents for Buyer on a first come, first serve basis. Buyer will also be entitled to pick of another litter at their own discretion.

  All arrangements for extensions of due date must be made using the Payment Plan Contract. Failure to make payment in full by due date or to make execution of the Payment Plan will result in forfeiture of Puppy, and deposit.

  There must be a witnesses signature along with phone number for this contract to be valid. The witness may not be an immediate family member, or any other person that lives in the same house as Buyer. The use of a notary is recommended for the benefit of both Buyer and Seller.
