Blue Ball Kennels Contracts

Below you will find a list of our contracts.

- Puppy Contract -
This is to protect both the purchaser and the buyer.
To be completed upon finalization of sale.
If puppy is to be shipped contract must be recieved before shipping will occur.

- Stud Contract -
All stud contracts will be completed before breeding occurs.
Also all registration for the female in question must be verified by the ADBA.

- Deposit Contract -
We accept deposits in the amount of $150 non-negotiable.
Complete payment must be made by puppy turning
8 weeks of age or deposit will be forfieted.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable.
Meaning with proper notification your deposit can be transfered to a later litter.

- Payment Agreement -
We will make a payment plan with you.
